पुरुषों के विरुद्ध अपराध 

पुरुषों प्रति अपराध प्रचुर मात्रा में समाज में चारों ओर मौजूद है पर विडम्बना यह है कि इसके बारे में कोई बात नहीं करना चाहता । सही कहें तो सभी जिम्मेदार लोग इस बारे में बात करने से बचतें हैं । महिला सशक्तिकरण के लिये बने कठोर और एक तरफा कानूनों के दुरुपयोग पर सवार होकर जिस छ्द्म महिला सशक्तिकरण की जो बयार चल रही है उसके दुषपरिणाम समाज में दिखायी पड़ने लगे हैं । हर तरफ पुरुषों का आर्थिक, सामाजिक और न्यायिक शोषण तो खुल कर हो ही रहा है  और ’परिवार’ नामक जिस संस्था पर भारत को नाज़ हुआ करता था वह आज खतरे में है । रुपये एंठने की नित नई जुगत कानूनों के दांव – पेंच में खोजी जा रही है । जहाँ समाज में फर्जी बलात्कार के मुकदमें, कार्यस्थल पर यौन शोषण के मुकदमें बढ़ रहे हैं वही घरों के अन्दर प्रमुखता से इसमें फर्जी और झूठे दहेज, घरेलू हिन्सा और अप्राकृतिक यौन सम्बन्ध बनाने के अरोप लगाकर पुरुषों को धमकाया जा रहा है कि अमुख रकम दे दो और मुकदमों से पिण्ड छुड़ा लो । एक ओर तो कानूनों का दुरुपयोग हो रहा है और जिम्मेदार लोग इस पर बात करने से भी कतरा रहे हैं वही दूसरी ओर ज्यादा दु:ख देने वाली बात यह है कि जो महिलाएं और संगठन इन कानूनों का दुरुपयोग कर धन एंठने का धन्दा चला रहे हैं उन्हे इन फर्जी मुकदमों पर कोई सजा का प्राविधान नहीं होने के कारण यह छद्म सशक्तिकरण नित्य नये रूप में दिखाई देता है ।

Crime Against Men

Crimes against men are seen, heard and felt, but ironically never talked about. More than double the number of females commit suicide every year in India. The major cause highlighted by National Crime Records Bureau is matrimonial problems. Suicide is a #CrimeAgainstMen  instigated by the insensitivity  to the pain a man suffers. This unbridled wave of women empowerment is actually a sense of false empowerment which is killing men – both inside and outside the home. Today in India, every man is exposed to fake cases of sexual harassment at work place, rape in the society and dowry demand (498a) & domestic violence inside the house. Actually, a man is not safe at any place. Many times these fake cases are motivated to extort money by creating a fear syndrome in the minds of the man who is falsely accused. The best thing about Indian law is that there is no punishment to any women for filing fake cases. This way the false-sense of women empowerment travels down to Lakhs of people. Eventually it destroys the institution of marriage which had been a precious preserve of our customs and traditions.
